Coming to Europe was a great adventure that started almost six years ago. I was traveling throught South America, living in Brazil precisely. The problem was, that I felt there was so much more to be seen, that I decided to travel and make myself a life “on the other side”.

Around two years before my trip, I had the option to become an European (Spanish) citizen, since my grandfather was born in Spain, it was not complicated at all. I would have never imagined, that that decision would change my way of living forever.

Being part of the EU bring one many advantages, for example is being able to travel and live without any kind of border control of Visa. It was amazing for me to arrive in Germany and be “allowed” to enter without any questions.

But the greatest advantage in my opinion (specially if you are young) is definetly the right to study. After some years of hard working in different jobs and struggling in order to learn the language, I accomplished my big dream of being accepted in a German University.
